In an entertaining match, the expats of England and Scotland fought out a dramatic 4-4 draw to share the Alex Forbes Anglo Scottish trophy at Bangkok Patana School last Saturday. It was a pulsating game in which both teams went ahead twice and it was only fair that they should share the honours. England equalised thanks to their playmaker, Aidan Hamill, who scored a glorious diving header leaving the hapless Scotland goalkeeper stranded. Scotland levelled the score through another tantalising free-kick from Downer which was headed in by Andrew Evans. Kenny Mitchell controlled the ball with his head and then unleashed an improbable volley for a 4-4 scoreline.
